In-Person Notarization and Commissioning Services
An extensive range of documents may require notarization, and no matter what your document is the process can be completed in person at LHR Hamilton, ON office. If this location is convenient, appointments can be scheduled by contacting LHR directly. Services are available every day of the week with flexible hours.
Virtual and Online Commissioning
While not all signatures can be commissioned online, many can be completed from the comfort of your home or office. Examples include, but are not limited to: 1. Invitation letters for IRCC. 2. Affidavits, such as common law status declarations. 3. Statutory declarations. If unsure whether online commissioning is acceptable, it’s a good idea to verify with the receiving party. This may provide an additional option!
Documents That Cannot Be Commissioned Online
Certified true copies, powers of attorney (POAs), and wills cannot be commissioned virtually.
