Service Description

LHR notarization services cover all your notarization needs. This includes, but is not limited to, affidavits, powers of attorney, contracts, travel consents, OSAP affidavits, invitation letters, wills, property transfers, police checks, and many more. LHR offers both online and in-person services. Please note that certified true copies, powers of attorney (POAs), and wills cannot be commissioned or notarized virtually. For your notarization appointment, kindly take the following into consideration: - Notarization and commissioning services does not include legal advice. - Each signer will need to bring in two pieces of valid government issued photo IDs.(e.g. passport and driver's license) - Your document/form can be prepared and/or filled out but should not be signed before the appointment. - If a minor is involved, you are helping a senior or if you need witnesses please advise before the appointment. - If you need to get certified true copies of your IDs/document, you will need to bring in originals. - If there is any name change/difference ( between IDs and the info on the document going to be notarized)related proof will be required. - This is a home office in a residential building and buzzer number is 5131.


Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. You can also manage your appointment online by logging in with your email, going to 'My Bookings,' and clicking the 'Manage' button next to your appointment.
